摘 要:河北省农灌机井数量庞大,对其用水的准确计量提出了较大挑战。为准确、快速地获取农灌机井的取水量,2017年河北省提出“以电折水”计量模式,即通过选取典型机井,根据能量守恒定律建立农灌用水量和用电量之间的关系,获取典型机井“以电折水”系数值,并根据电力部门农灌用电量计量数据,达到获取农灌用水量的目的。为提升典型机井“以电折水”系数值的准确性,提出1种农灌机井“以电折水”典型监测站点建设方法,主要包括布设原则、建设方法、数据采集要求等。该方法对可持续获取农灌机井“以电折水”系数值,进一步提高“以电折水”计量准确度均具有重要意义。The large number of agricultural irrigation wells in Hebei Province seriously restricts the accurate measurement of agricultural irrigation water.In order to accurately and quickly obtain the agricultural irrigation water from agricultural irrigation wells.In 2017,Hebei Province put forward the metering model of“water-electricity conversion”,that is,by selecting typical mechanized wells,establishing the relationship between water consumption and electricity consumption for agricultural irrigation according to the law of conservation of energy,obtaining the coefficient value of“water-electricity conversion”for typical mechanized wells,and achieving the purpose of obtaining water consumption for agricultural irrigation according to the metering data of electricity consumption for agricultural irrigation in the power sector.In order to improve the accuracy of the value of the coefficient of“water-electricity conversion”for typical wells,this paper proposed a construction method of the typical monitoring station of“water-electricity conversion”for agricultural irrigation wells,and introduced the layout principle,construction method and data collection requirements of the typical monitoring station for agricultural irrigation wells.This method is of great significance to obtain the coefficient value of“water-electricity conversion”sustainably and to further improve the measurement accuracy of“water-electricity conversion”.
