疏勒河流域水资源承载能力综合评价

摘  要:为高效利用水资源,支撑内陆河流域经济社会高质量发展,对疏勒河流域水资源承载力进行综合评价研究,采用流域内2009—2018年资料,以水资源、经济社会和生态环境3个系统为目标层,选取15个主要影响流域内水资源承载力的因素作为评价因子,构建水资源综合评价模型体系;利用AHP层次分析法和熵权法构建TOPSIS模型,进行综合评价。结果表明,10年间疏勒河流域水资源承载能力总体波动式上升,综合评价值2017年达到最大0.4603,最小为2014年0.3704。生态用水占总用水比重、森林覆盖率、人工造林面积、人均水资源总量、单位GDP耗水5个指标是影响水资源承载能力的关健因子。生态环境与水资源子系统均是制约流域水资源承载能力的重要子系统,区域水资源量明显减少的年份,承载能力形势严峻。This paper uses AHP analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method,based on TOPSIS model,with water resources system,economic and social system and ecosystem as the target layer,build a comprehensive evaluation system model of water resources,the Shule River Basin from 2009 to 2018 Comprehensive evaluation of water resources.The results show that in the past ten years,the comprehensive assessment value of water resources in the basin has shown an overall increasing trend,and the comprehensive performance of water resources has been optimized year by year;the ecological environment is more important to the comprehensive assessment of water resources in the basin;We should vigorously promote water-saving irrigation technology,improve the efficiency of agricultural water use,pay attention to the improvement of ecological conditions,and realize the rational allocation of water resources and the healthy development of the ecological environment.
