地面沉降对子牙新河行洪水位的影响分析

摘  要:子牙新河是“63·8”洪水后由河北省于1966年冬至1967年春开辟的骨干行洪河道,主要承泄上游滏阳河和滹沱河两大支流洪水。子牙新河途径献县、沧州市区2个地面沉降中心,行洪水位发生了较大变化。以子牙新河为例,研究地面沉降与行洪水位的变化趋势及规律。经分析,2021年较2008年子牙新河沿线地面平均沉降了1.28 m,设计行洪水位平均降低了0.88 m,为区域防洪减灾和河道治理提供了重要的参考依据。Ziyaxin River was opened by Hebei Province from the winter of 1966 to the spring of 1967 after the"63.8"flood.It mainly received incoming water from two tributaries of Fuyang River and Hutuo River.The investigation shows that the flood level of Ziyaxin River has changed greatly through two land subsidence centers in Xianxian and Cangzhou.Taking Ziyaxin River as an example,this paper studies the variation trend and rule of land subsidence and flood level.According to the analysis,the average ground settlement along the Ziyaxin River in 2021 is 1.28m,and the average designed flood level is reduced by 0.88m.
