摘 要:QH总干渠续建工程的选址与选线,是在充分利用灌区现状水利工程,考虑基本农田、生态红线、选址范围内各行业平面、竖向控制等约束条件下综合比选的择优过程。在选址选线过程中,分析起点小海子水库南闸群控制性节点的现状,提出安全经济的续建渠道起点,并对渠线布置困难、限制条件众多的上段进行多方案技术比选,提出了经济合理的渠线方案,可为同类水利工程提供借鉴和参考价值。The site selection and route selection of the QH main canal continuation project is a comprehensive selection process that fully utilizes the current water conservancy projects in the irrigation area,considers basic farmland,ecological red lines,and complex constraints such as horizontal and vertical control of various industries within the site selection range;In the process of site selection and route selection,an analysis was conducted on the control nodes of the southern gate group of Xiaohaizi Reservoir at the starting point,and a safe and economical starting point for the continued construction of the channel was proposed.Multiple technical comparisons and analysis were conducted on the difficult and restrictive upper section of the channel layout,and an economically reasonable channel route plan was proposed;Can provide reference and guidance value for similar water conservancy projects.
