摘  要:随着智慧灌区建设要求的提高,计量监控信息化已成为灌区节水综合改造工程的重要内容。当前国内外广泛应用的测控一体化闸门多为铝合金材质,然而该材质在低温环境下易发生变形,影响闸门的调控性能和计量精度。针对这一问题,本研究提出一种新型竖井封闭式闸室结构,并在河北省涿鹿县七一灌区进行推广应用,为评估该闸室在极端寒潮条件下的保温效果,基于七一灌区历年气象数据,采用极值分布统计方法,确定七一灌区50年重现期的极限降温幅度为26.9℃。通过选取2018年冬季最低日平均气温-6.92℃与极端降温阶段作为研究对象,利用COMSOL软件建立闸室三维有限元模型,进行温度数值模拟,验证闸室抗寒潮性能。研究结果表明:该抗冻闸室可有效解决北方寒冷地区冬季闸门因受冻导致的启闭不良、冻裂损害等问题,为灌区水利设施的冬季运行提供了可靠保障。With the improvement of the requirements of the intelligent irrigation area,the informationization construction of measurement and monitoring has become an important part of the water conservation and comprehensive transformation project of the irrigation area.At present,the measured and controlled integrated gate which has been in operation at home and abroad is mostly made of aluminum alloy,but it is very easy to be deformed by the influence of freezing,and the freezing will affect the regulation and control of measured and controlled integrated gate and make its metering precision greatly reduced.This paper suggests a kind of vertical well closed gate chamber,and popularizes the application in seven one irrigation area of Zhuo Lu County,Hebei Province,to improve the frost resistance of the measurement and control integrated gate,and avoid its deformation by freezing in severe cold weather.In order to study its heat preservation effect under the influence of extreme cold wave,the extreme value distribution statistics were carried out on the calendar year meteorological data of Qiyi Irrigation District,and the limit cooling amplitude of Qiyi Irrigation District in the fifty-year reproduction period was obtained to be 26.9℃.The lowest daily average temperature of 2018 winter-6.92℃was selected with the extreme cooling phase,and the three-dimensional finite element model of the gate chamber was established by COMSOL to carry out temperature numerical simulation to verify the anti-freezing ability of the gate chamber against cold wave.The frost-resistant gate chamber can solve the problem of poor opening and closing and frost damage caused by freezing of the gate under the influence of the cold climate in northern winter.
