摘  要:以三屯河水库除险加固工程为例,结合新疆维吾尔自治区病险水库的特点,论述了放水洞检修闸、工作闸、洞身存在的问题。根据鉴定意见,考虑多泥沙河流特性,提出放水洞加固的技术要点及设计方案,并利用水工模型试验验证隧洞的水力学特性能够满足规范要求。放水洞除险加固后,满足了施工导流要求,提高了水库泄洪能力。Taking the Santun River Reservoir Risk Removal and Reinforcement Project as an Example,the reinforcement of the discharge hole in the risk removal and reinforcement project is selected,and the problems of the maintenance gate,working gate and cave body of the discharge hole are discussed in combination with the characteristics of the sick and dangerous reservoir in Xinjiang.According to the appraisal opinions,considering the characteristics of sediment-prone rivers,the technical points and design schemes of the reinforcement of the discharge tunnel are proposed,and the hydraulic characteristics of the tunnel can meet the requirements of the specification by using the hydraulic model test.After the discharge hole is reinforced,the construction diversion requirements are met and the flood discharge capacity of the reservoir is improved.
