摘　　要：清洁生产与企业环境治理之间存在着紧密的互动关系。清洁生产不仅有助于企业实现资源的高效利用和对污染物的有效控制,还能提升企业形象和经济效益;同时,企业环境治理的加强也为清洁生产的推广提供了良好的外部环境。文章通过研究两者的关系,分析了工业企业的生产特点并对污染源进行了解析,提出了改进建议,为企业的绿色转型和可持续发展提供了助力。There exists a close interactive relationship between cleaner production and corporate environmental governance.Cleaner production not only helps enterprises achieve efficient resource utilization and effective pollutant control but also enhances corporate image and economic benefits.Simultaneously,the strengthening of corporate environmental governance provides a favorable external environment for the promotion of cleaner production.Based on study of the relationship between the two,the production characteristics of industrial enterprises were analyzed,and the pollution sources were examined,improvement recommendations were also proposed to support corporate green transformation and sustainable development.
