摘 要:在原有表面强化层中引入钨(W)元素,通过调整W质量分数并进行不同热处理,提高强化层的性能。利用荧光光谱、光学显微镜以及液体喷砂机对不同W质量分数强化层的硬度及其对应的显微组织、耐冲蚀性能及结合力等进行研究。结果表明:W质量分数由约1%提高到约3%时,硬度有所提高;进一步提高W质量分数至约6%时,硬度不再发生变化,但其强化层耐冲蚀性良好,同时具有孔隙率低及结合力好的优点。Tungsten(W)element was introduced into the original surface strengthening layer,and its performance was enhanced by adjusting the W mass fraction and applying different heat treatments.The hardness,microstructure,erosion resistance and bonding strength of strengthening layers with different W contents were investigated using fluorescence spectroscopy,optical microscopy and liquid sandblasting equipment.Results show that when the W mass fraction increases from about 1%to 3%,the hardness improves accordingly,and further increasing the W content to about 6%maintains similar hardness levels,but the strengthening layer demonstrates excellent erosion resistance along with advantages of low porosity and good bonding strength.
