摘　　要：目的 研究医蛭科牛蛭属动物菲牛蛭(Poecilobdella manillensis Lesson)的化学成分。方法 采用MCI gel CHP 20P、薄层色谱、葡聚糖凝胶以及半制备高效液相色谱等多种手段进行分离纯化,结合核磁共振(NMR)、液相色谱-质谱联用(LC-MS)等波谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果 从菲牛蛭50%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定化合物共19个,分别为poecimaniamide A(1)、isohematinic acid(2)、1-(3-deoxy-β-L-erythro-pentofuranosyl)-uracil(3)、1-(3-deoxy-β-L-erythro-pentofuranosyl)-cytosine(4)、(E)-urocanic acid(5)、色氨酸(6)、4-oxo-1,4-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxamide(7)、cyclo-(L-Pro-L-Leu)(8)、cyclo-(L-Phe-L-Pro)(9)、氨基苯丙酰胺(10)、苯丙氨酸甲酯(11)、苯丙烯酰胺(12)、桂皮酸(13)、4-羟基-苯乙酮(14)、邻氨基苯甲酸(15)、胸腺嘧啶(16)、3-ethylidene-4-methyl-2,5-pyrrolidinedione(17)、2-哌啶酮(18)、4-羟基-2-壬烯酸(19)。结论 其中化合物1为新化合物,命名为poecimaniamide A,2~19为首次从菲牛蛭中分离得到的化合物。Objective To explore and elucidate the chemical constituents of Poecilobdella manillensis Lesson.Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by using various methods including MCI gel CHP 20P,thin layer chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative high-performance liquid chromatography.The structures were identified based on extensive spectroscopic and high-resolution mass spectrometry,etc.Results Nineteen compounds were isolated and identified separately from the 50%ethanol extract of Poecilobdella manillensis L,including poecimaniamide A(1),isohematinic acid(2),1-(3-deoxy-β-L-erythro-pentofuranosyl)-uracil(3),1-(3-deoxy-β-L-erythro-pentofuranosyl)-cytosine(4),(E)-urocanic acid(5),tryptophan(6),4-oxo-1,4-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxamide(7),cyclo-(L-Pro-L-Leu)(8),cyclo-(L-Phe-L-Pro)(9),L-phenylalanine(10),L-phenylalanine methyl ester(11),cinnamamide(12),cinnamic acid(13),4-hydroxyacetophenone(14),anthranilic acid(15),thymine(16),3-ethylidene-4-methyl-2,5-pyrrolidinedione(17),2-piperidone(18),and 4-hydroxy-2-nonenoic acid(19).Conclusion Compound 1,a new compound,is named poecimaniamide A.Compounds 2~19 were isolated for the first time from Poecilobdella.
