摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定更年安胶囊中芍药苷、丹皮酚、二苯乙烯苷、大黄素、五味子醇甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素、哈巴俄苷和毛蕊花糖苷的含量。方法采用Venusil MP C18(2)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相的有机相为乙腈,水相为0.1%磷酸水溶液,流量为1.0 mL·min^(-1),梯度洗脱,进样体积为20μL,检测波长为220、230、280、330 nm,柱温35℃。结果9种有效成分在各自浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9996~1.0000,平均加样回收率为95.61%~102.11%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5%(n=9)。结论该方法专属性强,灵敏度高,可用于更年安胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish an high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin,paeonol,stilbene glycoside,emodin,schisandrin,deoxyschizandrin,schisandrin B,harpagoside and verbascoside in Gengnian′an Capsules.Methods The chromatographic separation was achieved on a Venusil MP C 18(2)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),the organic phase of the mobile phase was acetonitrile,and the aqueous phase was 0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1) for gradient elution.The injection volume was 20μL,the detection wavelength was 220 nm,230 nm,280 nm,330 nm and the column temperature was 35℃.Results The 9 effective components had good linear relationships in their respective concentration ranges,and the correlation coefficients were 0.9996~1.0000.The average recovery of the 9 effective components was 95.61%~102.11%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 5%(n=9).Conclusion The method has strong specificity and high sensitivity,and can be used for the quality control of Gengnian′an Capsules.
