径山绿茶茶多酚提取工艺优化与护肤活性评价

摘  要:以径山绿茶为原料,采用超声波辅助、响应面优化法提取茶多酚,并研究径山绿茶茶多酚的抗皱、抗敏、美白功效。结果表明:最佳提取工艺为含水量25%、超声波功率400 w、提取时间40 min,在此条件下茶多酚提取率为33.81%。1 mg·mL^(−1)茶多酚提取液(15 vol%)的弹性蛋白酶、透明质酸酶、酪氨酸酶抑制率分别为72.5%、70.4%、48.9%。以上结果表明,径山绿茶提取物具有潜在的抗皱、抗敏以及美白功效。Tea polyphenols from Jingshan Green Tea was studied in its function by utilizing the ultrasound-assisted extraction(UAE)and the response surface methodology(RSM).The results showed that the optimum extraction rate of 33.81%was obtained under the conditions of moisture content of 25%,UAE power of 400 W and extraction time of 40 minutes,and thus the inhibitory rates to elastinase,hyaluronidase,tyrosinase were 72.5%,70.4%and 48.9%respectively with 1 mg·mL^(−1) Jingshan tea extract.In summary,the Jingshan Green Tea polyphenols had potential anticrease,anti-allergic and whitening efficacy.
