摘 要:为保证触变泥浆在顶管施工中起到良好的润滑减阻和稳定围岩的作用,使顶管施工安全、高效、快速进行,本文对其配比进行研究。以深圳市16号线综合管廊昌盛路段顶管工程为依托,在对膨润土、羧甲基纤维素(CMC)和纯碱为触变泥浆原材料开展正交试验的基础上,构建基于综合平衡法的触变泥浆配比优选方法,并采用摩阻特性试验及数值计算相结合的方式,对最优配比的触变泥浆进行减阻效果研究。结果表明:10%膨润土、0.19%CMC、0.25%纯碱和89.56%水是泥浆原材料的最优配比,该配比下的泥浆流动性和触变性较好,失水量较小,形成的“泥饼”较为致密,减阻性能良好,综合性能最优;根据最优配比得到的触变泥浆对依托工程进行顶管施工减阻,地表沉降值分布在0.03047 mm~1.12800 mm之间;泥浆失水量与膨润土、CMC、纯碱的含量均具有显著相关性,表明三种原材料之间存在复杂的交互作用,共同决定了泥浆失水量这一关键性能指标。该配比应用于深圳市16号线综合管廊昌盛路段顶管工程,验证了本文提出的优选方案。Touch mud plays the role of lubrication,resistance reduction and stabilizing the surrounding rock in the pipe jacking construction,and is an important material to ensure the safety,efficiency and rapid progress of the pipe jacking construction,and the scientific determination of its ratio is the key to ensure its safety and stability.Based on the orthogonal test of bentonite,CMC and soda ash as raw materials,the work constructs the optimization method,adopts the method of friction characteristic test and numerical calculation.The results show that 10%bentonite,0.19%CMC,0.25%soda ash and 89.56%water are the optimal ratio of slurry raw materials,The fluidity and touch ability under this ratio are better,with less significant water loss,the"mud cake"formed is relatively dense,good resistance reduction performance,optimum comprehensive performance.According to the optimal ratio of the contact mud to rely on the engineering pipe jacking construction resistance reduction,the surface subsidence values are distributed between the 0.03047 mm~1.12800 mm,construction has little impact on the ground surface to ensure the safety of the construction.the water loss has strong correlation with bentonite,CMC and soda ash.This suggests a complex interaction between the three raw materials,and jointly determines the mud water loss of this key performance index.Applies it to the pipe jacking project of Shenzhen Line 16,and verifies the optimization scheme.
