摘  要:装配式墩是实现桥梁全装配化的关键环节,但其连接部位整体性偏弱、抗震能力不足,使得装配式墩在高烈度区的应用有较大限制。为提高常见装配式墩连接的可靠性,提出一种承插口采用超高性能混凝土(UHPC)灌注料,塑性铰区采用工程化水泥基复合材料(ECC)灌浆波纹管的组合连接装配式双柱墩,对灌浆波纹管承插装配式双柱墩及现浇双柱墩构件进行拟静力试验,对比其抗震性能;综合考虑反弯点假定和塑性转动能力受到高估等因素,进行灌浆波纹管承插装配式双柱墩墩顶位移简化计算公式推导。结果表明:相较于整体现浇双柱墩,组合连接墩展现出更佳的承载能力、耗能能力及延性性能;所得出的简化计算公式与试验值吻合度较高,可以为该类桥墩结构的墩顶位移计算和抗震设计提供参考。Prefabricated piers are a key link in achieving full assembly of bridges,but their connection parts have weak overall integrity and insufficient seismic resistance,which greatly limits their application in high-intensity areas.In order to improve the reliability of common assembled pier connections,this paper proposes a combination connection assembly double column pier with UHPC grouting material for the socket and ECC grouting corrugated pipe for the plastic hinge area,and conducts research on the displacement calculation of the top of the grouting corrugated pipe socket assembled double column pier.This work conducted quasi-static tests on grouted corrugated pipe socket assembled double column piers and cast-in-place double column pier components to compare their seismic performance.By taking into account factors such as the assumption of reverse bending point and overestimation of plastic rotational capacity,a simplified calculation formula for the displacement of the top of the grouted corrugated pipe socket assembled double column pier is derived.Compared to integral cast-in-place double column piers,composite connecting piers exhibit better bearing capacity,energy consumption capacity,and ductility performance;The simplified calculation formula obtained has a high degree of agreement with the experimental values,and can provide reference for the calculation of pier top displacement and seismic design of this type of bridge pier structure.
