摘  要:为揭示原油含水率和原油初始流速对倾斜管内油水两相流流型的影响,以油水两相介质流体为研究对象,采用有限元仿真Workbench软件及流体仿真模拟FLUENT模块,建立了15°倾斜输油管有限元计算模型,分析不同原油含水率和不同原油初始流速条件下的模拟计算结果,以及管内介质流体压力和流速的分布及流型的变化特点。结果表明:当介质流体初始流速一定时,随着原油含水率的增大,管内压降增大;当介质流体含水率一定时,随着原油初始流速的增大,管内压降增大。原油含水率和初始流速均显著影响管内压降和流型,是研究油水两相流动特性的重要参数。In order to reveal the effects of water cut and initial flow rate of crude oil on the flow pattern of oil-water two-phase flow in inclined pipe,a finite element calculation model of 15°inclined pipeline was established by finite element simulation software and fluid simulation module,and the simulation results under different water cut and initial flow rate of crude oil were analyzed.The distribution of fluid pressure and velocity and the change of flow pattern in the tube are summarized.The results show that when the initial flow rate of medium fluid is constant,the pressure drop increases with the increase of water cut.When the water content of the medium fluid is constant,the pressure drop in the pipe increases with the increase of the initial flow rate of crude oil.The water content and initial velocity of crude oil significantly affect the pressure drop and flow pattern in the pipe,which are important parameters for studying the characteristics of oil-water two-phase flow.
