摘 要:针对多沙河流水库淤积过快问题,采用人工清淤方式恢复水库有效和防洪库容。以延安市王瑶水库为例,采用一维恒定不平衡输沙数学模型,经过多个方案的优化与比较,确定王瑶水库运行方式为:在汛期7月1日至8月14日期间敞泄排沙,其余时段蓄水运行;基于水库终极库容的理论,建立适用于王瑶水库多目标要求的清淤模型,并通过调整参数,拟定了3种不同的清淤规模,清淤量分别为1229万m^(3)、1650万m^(3)、2032万m^(3),经技术经济综合比选后,推荐王瑶水库清淤规模为1650万m^(3)。其方法和理论可为多沙河流水库确定合理清淤规模和清淤体几何形态提供参考。Reservoir siltation affects the benefits of flood control,water supply,irrigation,and many other aspects of reservoirs,especially for reservoirs in sandy river basins where the siltation rate is even faster.To address the issue of rapid reservoir siltation,manual dredging is adopted to restore the effective storage capacity and flood control capacity of the reservoir.Yan'an City in Shaanxi province faces a shortage of water resources,and the Wangyao Reservoir serves as a large reservoir for flood control and water supply in the city.Currently,the reservoir is severely silted up and urgently needs desilting and capacity expansion.Using a one-dimensional steady-state unbalanced sediment transport mathematical model,after optimizing and comparing multiple scenarios,the operation mode for Wangyao Reservoir was determined as follows:during the flood season from July 1st to August 14th,the reservoir will be open for discharging sediment,and for the rest of the time,it will be used for water storage.Based on the theory of the ultimate storage capacity of the reservoir.a multi-objective desilting model tailored for the Wangyao Reservoir was established.Three different scales of dredging with volumes of 12.29 million m^(3),16.50 million m^(3),and 20.32 million m^(3) were proposed.After comprehensive technical and economic comparisons,a desilting scale of 16.5 million cubic meters was recommended for the Wangyao reservoir.The method and theory can serve as a reference for determining the reasonable dredging scale and the geometric configuration of the dredged material for reservoirs in sandy river basins.
