摘  要:为扭转整车用户不断流失的趋势,文章就及时洞察用户用车问题并引流进店,以及提升车辆维修服务质量两方面,探索基于大数据和AI的智能升级方案。从核心技术(模型)到业务场景融合,逐步分析方案可行性,验证方案落地效果。从而为大数据时代下的整车售后智能服务进一步升级指明了方向。In order to reverse the trend of continuous loss of customers,an intelligent upgrad-ing solution based on big data and AI is explored in two aspects:promptly detecting users'vehicle us-age problems in order to attract them to visit the store,and improving the quality of vehicle mainte-nance services.From the core technologies(models)into business scenarios integration,the feasibil-ity of the solution is gradually analyzed,and the implementation effect of the solution is verified.The direction is clarified for the further upgrading of the intelligent after-sales service of vehicles in the era of big data.
