论新质生产力的技术伦理向度——基于马克思的生产力理论

摘　　要：“新质生产力”是马克思生产力理论的创新发展与时代表达,蕴含着丰富的伦理意蕴和鲜明的伦理立场。从技术伦理的维度探讨新质生产力,一方面回应了近代以来技术悲观主义的论调,另一方面论证了技术发展本质上既具备工具“善”的实践指向,又呈现出价值“善”的伦理气质。具体而言,新质生产力的技术伦理向度着眼于三个方面:一是生命伦理,它要求在现实的物质世界展开以人的解放为目的的技术革命,建构一种价值理性语境下人的生命伦理关切;二是社会伦理,它是对资本主义社会中生产力发展悖论的时代回应,代表了一种与纯技术主义路线不同的科技发展道路;三是生态伦理,它坚持生态文明建设的战略导向,致力于打造“人与自然和谐共生”的绿色生活场景。从马克思生产力理论的大历史视野来看,新质生产力既具有深厚的历史渊源,又呈现出鲜明的伦理指向与时代烙印,为我们更好应对新一轮科技革命和产业变革的风险与挑战、在新时代条件下适应和引领全球经济发展新趋势提供了实践遵循和伦理归宿。“New-quality productive forces”represent an innovative development and contemporary expression of classical Marxist productive forces theory,imbued with profound ethical implications and a clear ethical stance.Examining new-quality productive forces from the perspective of technological ethics counters the pessimistic discourse on technology that has prevailed since modern timeson the one hand,and on the other,clarifies that technological development inherently possesses both the practical orientation of a“good”tool and the ethical disposition of a“good”value.Specifically,the technological ethics dimension of new-quality productive forces centers on three aspects:the first is life ethics,which demands a technological revolution in the concrete material world aimed at human emancipation,thereby developing a concern for human life ethics within a context of value rationality;the second is social ethics,a contemporary response to the paradox of productive forces development in capitalist societies,representing a trajectory of scientific and technological development distinct from pure technocratism;the third is ecological ethics,which upholds the strategic principle of ecological civilization,striving to create a green living environment where“humankind and nature coexist harmoniously”.From the broad historical perspective of Marxist productive forces theory,new-quality productive forces not only take deep historical roots but also manifest a clear ethical orientation and a distinct mark of the times,all providing practical guidance and an ethical foundation for confronting more effectively the risks and challenges posed by the new wave of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,as well as for adapting to and guiding new global economic development trends under the conditions in the new era.
