摘　　要：农民利益问题是新时代我国人民利益问题的重要组成部分,也是实现全体人民共同富裕的关键环节。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记从“五位一体”总体布局的考察视角对农民利益问题进行了科学的理论总结,提出了一系列重要论述。从主要内容来看,习近平总书记从物质利益、政治利益、文化利益、社会利益、生态利益五个方面系统论述了关于农民利益的主要内容。从价值意蕴来看,习近平关于农民利益问题的重要论述,既为加快推进全体农民共同富裕提供了科学指南,又为稳步走好中国式现代化道路提供了思路方向,更为世界其他国家和地区解决农民利益问题提供了中国方案。从实践要求来看,习近平总书记从根本保证、基本前提、关键环节、重要依托、必要保障等方面科学阐述了维护农民利益的实践要求,从而有力地回应了新时代我国农民的利益诉求。The issue of farmers’interests is an important part of the Chinese people’s interests in the new era,and it is also the key link to achieving common prosperity for all the people.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping has made a scientific theoretical keynote of farmers’interests from the perspective of“The Integrated Five-sphere Plan”,putting forward a series of important discussions.From the main content,General Secretary Xi Jinping systematically discussed the main content of farmers’interests from five aspects:material interests,political interests,cultural interests,social interests and ecological interests.From the perspective of value implication,Xi Jinping’s important discussion on the issue of farmers’interests provides not only a scientific guide for accelerating the common prosperity of all farmers,but also a thought guarantee for steadily taking the Chinese-style path to modernization,offering a Chinese solution for other countries and regions in the world to addressing the issue of farmers’interests.From the perspective of practical requirements,General Secretary Xi Jinping scientifically elaborated the practical requirements for safeguarding farmers’interests from the aspects of fundamental guarantee,basic prerequisite,key link,important support,and needed backup,thus effectively ensuring the interests of farmers in the new era.
