摘  要:为了解决高速电机绕组端部长度冗长、绕组利用率不高的问题,提出一种新型高速定子爪极式永磁电机。该电机的定子拓扑结构由全局环形集中绕组和爪极单元模块构成;此外,通过利用粉末冶金技术制作的定子铁心可以显著降低加工难度和成本。针对电机结构的独特性和三维磁场分布的复杂性,首先分析电机的结构特点及其工作原理;其次,通过分析电机定子和转子在不同位置时的磁场分布,依次构建定子和转子的等效磁路模型、气隙磁导等效模型以及完整的三维等效磁网络模型;最后,分别利用该模型和三维有限元方法对电机的气隙磁通密度分布、磁链、电动势和转矩等电磁性能进行对比分析。为了验证计算结果的准确性,设计并制造试验样机,搭建测试平台对电机进行相关试验验证。To solve the problems of lengthy winding end length and low winding utilization in high-speed motors,a new high-speed stator claw-pole permanent magnet motor was proposed.The stator topology of this motor consists of a global toroidal centralized winding and a claw-pole unit module;moreover,the processing difficulty and cost can be significantly reduced by the stator core fabricated using powder metallurgy technology.Given the uniqueness of the motor structure and the complexity of the three-dimensional magnetic field distribution,the structural characteristics of the high-speed stator claw-pole permanent magnet motor and its working principle were analyzed;secondly,by analyzing the magnetic field distribution of the motor’s stator and rotor at different positions,the equivalent magnetic circuit model of the stator and rotor,the equivalent model of the air-gap permeability,and a complete three-dimensional equivalent magnetic network model were constructed;lastly,the model was used for the analysis of the motor’s magnetic field distribution by using the model and the 3D finite element method was used to compare and analyze the electromagnetic performance of the motor in terms of air-gap flux density distribution,magnetic chain,electric potential,and torque.To verify the accuracy of the calculation results,a test prototype was designed and manufactured,and a test platform was set up to carry out relevant experi-mental tests on the motor.
