摘  要:针对相电流重构技术在过调制区域时存在的重构盲区,提出一种基于单相零脉冲插入的永磁同步电机过调制区域相电流重构策略。首先,根据调制系数将过调制区域划分成过调制Ⅰ区和过调制Ⅱ区两个区域。其次,对过调制区域的相电流重构盲区进行详细分析,并在传统过调制区域控制算法的基础上,基于“盲区避让”策略提出单相零脉冲插入法,在占空比较大一相插入零脉冲,延长有效电压矢量的作用时间,实现过调制区域的相电流重构。最后,对电机过调制区域的电流重构效果、转速提升范围进行仿真与实验验证,过调制Ⅰ区、Ⅱ区的重构电流与实际电流具有较好的相合性,采用过调制策略后电机的最大转速从1800 r/min提升至2030 r/min,提升了12.8%,显著拓宽了电机的运行范围,验证了所提出策略的有效性。To address the reconstruction blind spots in phase current reconstruction technology within the overmodulation region,a phase current reconstruction strategy for the overmodulation region of permanent magnet synchronous motors based on single-phase zero-pulse insertion was proposed.Firstly,the overmodulation region was divided into overmodulation region I and overmodulation region II based on the modulation coefficient.Secondly,the phase current reconstruction blind spots in the overmodulation region were analyzed in detail.Building on the traditional overmodulation region control algorithm,a single-phase zero-pulse insertion method was proposed based on the“blind spot avoidance”strategy.By inserting zero pulses into the phase with a larger duty cycle,the duration of the effective voltage vector was extended,enabling phase current reconstruction in the overmodulation region.Finally,the current reconstruction effect and speed improvement range of the motor in the overmodulation region were verified through simulation and experiments.The reconstructed currents in overmodulation regions I and II showed good consistency with the actual currents.After applying the overmodulation strategy,the maximum motor speed increased from 1800 r/min to 2030 r/min,representing a 12.8%improvement,significantly expanding the motor’s operating range.The effectiveness of the proposed strategy is thus validated.
