摘  要:针对新能源汽车驱动电机现有技术中扁线发卡绕组焊点较多以及在高频时绕组交流损耗较高的问题,提出一种既能完全消除焊点又能有效抑制高频时交流损耗的新型换位连续波绕组结构。首先,基于传统发卡绕组结构,分析了多股发卡股线间的环流产生机理,提出一种既能消除焊点又能有效抑制环流损耗产生的新型换位连续波绕组结构。其次,建立换位连续波绕组两端部等效三维计算模型,能够在考虑两侧端部各股线实际端部结构的情况下精确计算各股线端部漏感。最后,利用场路耦合二维有限元法,对比换位连续波绕组与发卡绕组在不同工况下各项损耗,并通过试验验证了仿真模型的有效性。研究表明,相较于发卡绕组,新型换位连续波绕组结构能够完全消除焊点,且在额定与高速运行工况下均能有效抑制交流损耗,最高转速时绕组交流损耗下降40.8%。Aiming at the existing technology of new energy vehicle drive motor,the flat wire hairpin winding has more solder joints and high AC loss of the winding at high frequency,a new type of transposed continuous wave winding structure that can eliminate the welding spots and effectively inhibit the AC loss at high frequency was proposed.Firstly,based on the traditional hairpin winding structure,the mechanism of circulating current generation between multi-strand hairpin strands was analysed,and a new transposed continuous wave winding structure that can eliminate solder joints as well as effectively inhibit the generation of circulating current loss was proposed.Secondly,an equivalent three-dimensional computational model of the two ends of the transposed continuous wave winding was established,which is capable of accurately calculating the leakage resistance of the end of each strand,taking into account the actual end structure of each strand at both ends.Finally,the field-circuit coupling two-dimensional finite element method was used to compare the AC losses of the transposed continuous wave windings with those of the original hairpin windings under various operating conditions,and the validity of the simulation model was verified by experiments.The study shows that the new transposed continuous wave winding structure can completely eliminate solder joints,and it has a good suppression effect on AC losses under different operating conditions.
