摘  要:针对模块化多电平变换器(MMC),空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)算法的矢量选择与时序设计较为复杂。为此,提出一种基于子模块分组的MMC简化SVPWM方法。首先,将MMC系统按分组规则划分为若干个虚拟子单元,从而将系统级调制问题分解为单元级控制。其次,针对每个虚拟子单元,根据相参考电压矢量的运行区间,选择合适的电压矢量,并优化作用时间分配,通过载波移相技术协调各子单元间的调制信号相位,实现子模块电容电压、桥臂电压及相间电压的动态均衡。同时,为使系统子模块之间、桥臂之间、各相之间维持稳定,对所选矢量开关状态的作用时序进行设计。最后,对所提算法的可行性与有效性进行验证。仿真与实验结果表明,所提SVPWM在保障MMC良好输出性能的同时,简化了矢量选择和时间计算过程。For modular multilevel converters(MMC),the vector selection and switching sequence design of the space vector pulse-width modulation(SVPWM)algorithm are highly complex.To address this issue,a simplified SVPWM method for three-phase MMC was proposed based on a submodule grouping scheme.First,the MMC system was divided into multiple virtual subunits according to predefined grouping rules,thereby transforming system-level modulation into subunit-level control.Second,for each virtual subunit,an appropriate voltage vector was selected within the operational region of the phase reference voltage vector,and its corresponding duration time was optimized.Simultaneously,a switching sequence for the selected voltage vectors was designed to ensure voltage balance among submodules,bridge arms,and phases.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm were validated.Simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the proposed SVPWM method not only maintains excellent output performance of the MMC but also significantly simplifies the processes of vector selection and time calculation.
