摘  要:光能够通过非视觉通道影响人的昼夜节律。以往研究多采用实验方式探索光的非视觉生物效应,缺乏非视觉刺激值现状研究。本文测量了教室、办公室、小型监控室、家居环境、商场五类典型环境,共计28个场所、363组光照非视觉刺激值,计算了不同睡眠类型人群在五类环境中的DCLA-CPS(基于光生物效应日累积量的节律相移迁移量)。结果显示:(1)商场商铺的非视觉刺激值最高;办公学习场所基本符合非视觉刺激值日间推荐值要求;(2)非视觉刺激值受靠窗距离影响;(3)受场所光照的非视觉刺激值大小影响,不同睡眠类型人群的节律相移偏移量不同。Light can affect the circadian rhythm through non-visual channels.Previous studies have mainly used experimental methods to explore the non-visual biological effects of light,with a lack of research on the current status of non-visual stimulus values.This study measured the non-visual stimulus values of light in five typical environments:classrooms,offices,small monitoring rooms,home environments and shopping malls.A total of 28 locations and 363 sets of light non-visual stimulus values were collected.The DCLA-CPS(circadian phase shift based on the daily cumulative light exposure for biological effects)was calculated for different sleep types of individuals in these five environments.The results show that:(1)The non-visual stimulus values are highest in shopping mall stores;offices and study spaces generally meet the recommended daytime non-visual stimulus value.(2)The non-visual stimulus values are influenced by the distance from the window.(3)The circadian phase shift varies for different sleep type populations,depending on the non-visual stimulus values of the lighting in the environment.
