摘  要:针对低温环境下低压汞灯的性能优化,设计了可填充气体的石英保温套管。研究发现,低压汞灯的最佳汞齐工作温度为125.9℃,此时254 nm紫外辐照度达到峰值。在-20℃至20℃的温度范围内,选用不同气体充填套管,可调整灯管表面温度以优化汞齐温度至最佳工作温度。结果显示,Ar在-20℃和-10℃时有利于保温并提高辐照度,在0℃、10℃和20℃下,填充空气或氮气能保持灯具的高效稳定运行。The purpose of this study is to enhance the performance of low-pressure mercury lamps(LPMs)under low-temperature conditions and develop a quartz insulation sleeve that can be filled with gas.It’s found that the optimal mercury vapor working temperature for low-pressure mercury lamps is 125.9℃,at which the 254 nm UV irradiance reaches its peak.In the temperature range from-20℃to 20℃,different gases filled in the sleeve can adjust the lamp surface temperature to optimize the mercury vapor temperature to the optimal working temperature.The results show that Argon(Ar)at-20℃and-10℃is beneficial for insulation and improving irradiance.At 0℃,10℃and 20℃,filling with air or nitrogen helps maintain the efficient and stable operation of the lamp.
