摘　　要：塑料包装被广泛用于日常生活中,塑料包装废弃物是生活垃圾中的常见成分。塑料包装废弃物管理不善会造成严重的生态环境污染,制约人类社会经济的发展。以我国现行生活垃圾分类及塑料包装治理相关的政策文件为背景,研究我国生活垃圾中塑料包装废弃物治理的案例及存在问题,从塑料回收、利用和替代的角度,提出生活垃圾可回收物中低值和高值塑料包装废弃物治理的对策建议。Plastic products are common in daily life,and plastic packaging waste is a common component of domestic waste.The pollution caused by plastic packaging waste seriously affects the ecological environment and restricts the development of human society and economy,and it is urgent to take treatment actions.Based on the current domestic waste classification and plastic packaging treatment related policy documents,this paper studied the cases and problems of plastic packaging waste treatment in domestic waste,summarized countermeasures and suggestions for the treatment of plastic packaging waste in domestic waste recyclables from the perspective of plastic recycling,utilization and substitution.
