摘　　要：实现“健康中国2030”目标需要源源不断的医学人才支持。新医科建设背景下,培养适配新时期卫生健康事业的人才是医学教育的重要课题。新一轮科技革命到来之际,医学高校要紧扣人才培养高等教育职能,致力于输出优质医学人才。本文探讨了新医科背景下医学教育的改革方向,阐释了新时代卫生健康事业的新趋势,开展了“体外诊断市场营销学”课程“四阶五维一体”学生学习质量评价探索,取得了良好的效果,研究工作为同行高校新医科背景下进行课程建设提供了有益参考。Achieving the Healthy China 2030 goal requires a continuous stream of medical talent support.Under the background of new medical construction,cultivating talents suitable for the new era of health care is an important issue in medical education.At the arrival of a new round of technological revolution,medical universities should closely focus on the higher education function of talent cultivation and strive to output high-quality medical talents.Explored the reform direction of medical education under the background of new medicine,explained the new trends of health care in the new era,and explored the evaluation of student learning quality in the"four levels and five dimensions integration"of in vitro diagnostic marketing,achieving good results.The research work provides useful references for curriculum construction in the context of the new medical science background of peer universities.
