当代大学生融入生化实验准备工作模式的新思考——以南昌大学抚州医学院为例

摘　　要：随着本学院的不断发展,“生物化学”课程实验培养方案不断优化,“生物化学”实验项目有所增加,其准备工作变得更加繁重。而本院生物化学实验课的实验员只有一个人,仅凭个人能力,很难完成生物化学实验的准备工作。基于该实际情况,需要招募、培训大学生志愿者积极参与到生物化学实验准备工作中来,此举既可以确保生物化学实验准备工作的质量,又可以缓解实验员紧缺的问题;通过参加该志愿服务,同学们的动手能力、思维逻辑能力、创新意识等得到明显提高,其综合素质也将进一步得到提升。本文以南昌大学抚州医学院为例,主要阐述大学生志愿者参与生物化学实验准备工作志愿服务的新模式。In recent years,with the continuous development of the college and the optimization of the experimental training plan for the biochemistry course,the number of biochemical experimental projects has increased,and the preparation work has become more arduous.However,currently,there is only one biochemical experimenter in our college,and it is difficult to complete the preparation work for biochemical experiments solely on an individual basis.Based on this actual situation,by recruiting and training college student volunteers to actively participate in the preparation of biochemical experiments,this can not only ensure the quality of the preparation work for biochemical experiments,but also alleviate the shortage of experimenters.Moreover,by participating in this volunteer service,students'hands-on ability,thinking and logical ability,innovation awareness,etc.can be significantly improved,and their comprehensive quality will be further enhanced.This article takes Fuzhou Medical College of Nanchang University as an example to mainly elaborate on the new model of volunteer service for college student volunteers to participate in the preparation work of biochemical experiments.
