摘 要:试验旨在分析不同促卵泡素超排方案对荷斯坦奶牛性控胚胎生产的影响。以89头12~14月龄的健康荷斯坦奶牛为供体,采用冲胚技术获取体内胚胎,比较两种超排方案的效果差异。方案一采用促卵泡素-宁波(FSH-N,总剂量500 IU),以递减剂量(4~1 mL)连续注射4 d,于第9天注射人绒毛促性腺激素(hCG)诱导排卵后定时输精;方案二使用促卵泡素-Reprobiol(FSH-R,总剂量500 IU),采用更低剂量递减方案(2~0.5 mL),于第9天观察发情并输精。两方案均在第1天放置阴道栓并注射雌二醇(E_(2))和黄体酮(P_(4)),第7天注射前列腺素(PG)并撤栓,第16天完成冲胚。记录头均回收胚胎数、头均优质胚胎数和优质胚胎率,进行统计分析。结果表明:方案二较方案一在头均回收胚数(9.75±4.54 vs.4.16±2.49)和头均优质胚数(3.96±2.65 vs.1.66±1.34)方面效果更佳(P<0.05),在优质胚率上与方案一无显著差异(40.64%vs.39.87%,P>0.05)。综上,在本试验条件下,方案二(采用比利时Reprobiol公司生产的FSH产品)效果更好。The experiment was conducted to analyze the effects of different superovulation protocols on the production of sex-controlled embryos in Holstein dairy cows.A total of 89 healthy Holstein dairy cows aged 12 to 14 months were used as donors,in which embryos were collected in vivo using the flushing technique to compare the effects of two superovulation protocols.Protocol 1 involved the use of follicle-stimulating hormone-Ningbo(FSH-N,total dose of 500 IU),with a decreasing dose(4 mL to 1 mL)administered over 4 d,followed by the injection of human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG)on the 9th day to induce ovulation and timed insemination.Protocol 2 involved the use of follicle-stimulating hormone-Reprobiol(FSH-R,total dose of 500 IU),with a lower dose decreasing scheme(2 mL to 0.5 mL),and the insemination was carried out on the 9th day of estrus.Both protocols involved the placement of a vaginal sponge and the injection of estradiol(E_(2))and progesterone(P_(4))on the first day,the injection of prostaglandin(PG)and removal of the sponge on the 7th day,and embryo flushing was done on the 16th day.The number of embryos recovered per head,the number of highquality embryos per head,and the rate of high-quality embryos were recorded and statistically analyzed.The results showed that protocol 2 was more effective than protocol 1 in terms of the number of embryos recovered per head(9.75±4.54 vs.4.16±2.49)and the number of high-quality embryos per head(3.96±2.65 vs.1.66±1.34,P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the rate of high-quality embryos(40.64%vs.39.87%,P>0.05).In conclusion,under the conditions of this experiment,protocol 2(using FSH products from Reprobiol,Belgium)was more effective.
