摘  要:为了解决猪精液高倍稀释后难以保存的问题,试验探索了在低密度猪精液稀释粉(HNAU)中添加牛血清白蛋白(BSA)对猪精液低密度(1亿/60 mL、3亿/60 mL、4亿/60 mL、5亿/60 mL)保存效果的影响。HNAU不添加BSA为试验1组,HNAU添加BSA为试验2组,商业稀释粉V为对照组。结果表明:与对照组和试验1组相比,试验2组在精子密度为1亿/60 mL时精子保存时间显著提升(P<0.05);在精子密度为3亿/60 mL、4亿/60 mL时保存72 h后,试验2组精子活力显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且96 h后仍维持>70%的活力;对照组和试验2组猪精液稀释至3亿/60 mL配种后配妊率均大于95%,两组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。说明HNAU添加BSA可显著提高低密度猪精液保存效果。To address the challenges in preserving highly diluted porcine semen,this study investigated the effects of supplementing bovine serum albumin(BSA)in a low-density semen extender(HNAU)on preservation efficacy at diluted sperm concentrations of 100 million(1×10^(8)),300 million(3×10^(8)),400 million(4×10^(8)),and 500 million(5×10^(8))spermatozoa per 60 mL.Experimental groups included HNAU without BSA(group 1),HNAU with BSA(group 2),and a commercial extender V as the control.Results demonstrated:At 1×10^(8)/60 mL,group 2 exhibited significantly prolonged sperm preservation duration compared to both the control and group 1(P<0.05).For 3×10^(8)and 4×10^(8)/60 mL concentrations,group 2 maintained superior motility(>70%)after 96 h preservation,with significantly higher viability than the control at 72 h(P<0.05).No significant difference(P>0.05)in conception rates(>95%)was observed between the control and group 2 when inseminated with 3×10^(8)/60 mL diluted semen.These results indicate that BSA supplementation in HNAU significantly enhances low-density porcine semen preservation performance,providing a viable strategy for improving sperm survival in diluted artificial insemination protocols.
