摘　　要：中华优秀传统文化的创造性转化和创新性发展是赓续中华文脉的必经之路,具有严密的逻辑起点、深厚的内涵体系和坚实的系统支撑。而作答如何在创造性转化和创新性发展中赓续中华文脉,就是作答新时代“两创”事业之运行机理和中华文脉赓续之实践路径。基于逻辑前提的视角,要发挥文化主体性在“两创”事业中的重要作用,在把舵定向、充实内容、拓宽表达中夯实赓续中华文脉的前提;基于内涵体系的视角,要在“两创”中坚持“第二个结合”,在魂根相契、魂根相济、魂根相合中明确赓续中华文脉的核心;基于系统支撑的视角,要团结全党全社会为“两创”事业的发展保护文化遗产,在涵养情怀、坚守原则、协同推进、共建制度中强化赓续中华文脉的保障。正是这些运行机理和实践路径规范着“两创”思想与赓续事业的展开模式,贯穿于新时代社会主义文化强国建设的实践过程。The creative transformation and innovative development of China’s outstanding traditional culture are essential pathways for continuing the Chinese cultural heritage.This process has a rigorous logical foundation,a profound system of connotations,and a solid systemic support.Addressing how to sustain the Chinese cultural heritage through creative transformation and innovative development entails exploring the operational mechanisms of the“Two Innovations”initiative in the new era and the practical pathways for continuing the Chinese cultural lineage.From the perspective of logical premises,it is crucial to emphasize the importance of cultural subjectivity in the“Two Innovations”initiative.This involves giving the direction,enriching the content,and broadening the modes of expression to solidify the prerequisites for continuing the Chinese cultural heritage.From the perspective of connotation systems,it is essential to uphold the“second integration”within the“Two Innovations”,achieving harmony and synergy between cultural roots and spirits to define the core of continuing the Chinese cultural heritage.From the perspective of systemic support,efforts should be made to unite the whole Party and society to protect cultural heritage for the development of the“Two Innovations”.This includes fostering cultural sentiments,adhering to principles,promoting coordinated advancement,and building systems collaboratively to strengthen the guarantees for continuing the Chinese cultural lineage.It is these operational mechanisms and practical pathways that regulate the unfolding patterns of the“Two Innovations”and sustain the Chinese cultural heritage.They are integral to the practical process of building a socialist cultural power in the new era.
