摘　　要：“博物学”作为现代意义的学科虽然源自西方,但是中国本有深厚的博物传统,我们既要看到中西博物的区别,但是也不能因此而割裂二者的关联。中国语境下,完全可以秉持“求同存异”的态度使用“博物学”的概念。《广东新语》在近十年的研究中虽然广度和深度有所增加,但是总体来看,研究规模、范围、深度等都还很有限,尤其是在研究视角方面亟待扩展,“博物学”就是是审视《广东新语》的有效视角。以此审视,《广东新语》具有典型的博物学属性,可以作为博物学著作进行研究。以博物学为视角,将为本书研究开拓广阔的前景。Although“natural history”originated from the West as a modern discipline,China has a profound tradition of natural history.We should see the differences between Chinese and Western natural history,but we should not separate the relationship between the two.In the Chinese context,it is entirely possible to use the concept of“natural history”with an attitude of“seeking common ground while reserving differences”.Although the breadth and depth of research on Guangdong Xinyu have increased in the past decade,overall,the scale,scope,and depth of research are still limited,especially in terms of research perspectives that urgently need to be expanded.‘Natural History’is an effective perspective for examining Guangdong Xinyu.From this perspective,Guangdong Xinyu has typical natural history attributes and can be From the perspective of natural history,it will open up broad prospects for the research of this book.
