摘  要:针对帕金森患者上肢静止性震颤的发病机理和震颤机制以及分析临床常用的治疗参数问题,文中设计了一款经外周神经电刺激器系统来有效抑制帕金森病患者的上肢静止性震颤。该系统采用STM32F103C8T6作为硬件系统设计的核心,充电电路、升压电路、脉冲调制电路、模拟开关电路和串口触摸屏等模块分别与主控通讯,使用RT-Thread编写单片机程序实现对上述模块的智能控制。设置触摸屏参数产生幅值、频率、脉宽及时间均可连续调节的方波电刺激脉冲,从而对正中神经和桡神经进行精准刺激。实验结果表明,所得方法具有较好的稳定性,能够产生预定强度的电刺激信号,保持恒压性能良好,为静止性震颤的电刺激治疗提供了支持。In view of the pathogenesis and mechanism of upper limb quiescent tremor in patients with Parkinson's disease and analyzing the commonly used clinical therapeutic parameters,a peripheral electrical nerve stimulator system is designed to effectively inhibit upper limb quiescent tremor in patients with Parkinson's disease.This system uses STM32F103C8T6 as the core of the hardware system design.The charging circuit,the boost circuit,the pulse modulation circuit,the analog switch circuit and the serial port touch screen module are communicatied with the main control,and RT-Thread is used to write a single chip computer program to realize the intelligent control of the above modules.Parameters of the touch screen are set to generate square wave electrical stimulation pulses that can be continuously adjusted in amplitude,frequency,pulse width and time to accurately stimulate the median nerve and radial nerve.The experimental results show that the proposed method has a good stability,the system can generate a predetermined intensity of electrical stimulation signal,maintain a good performance of constant pressure,and provide support for static tremor electrical stimulation treatment.
