摘  要:文章旨在探究小麦型日粮添加植酸酶对海兰褐蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和蛋营养组成的影响。试验将30周龄左右的产蛋高峰期海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组仅饲喂小麦型日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别按浓度梯度在小麦型日粮中添加500、1000和1500 FTU/kg的植酸酶。预饲期7 d,试验期35 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,在小麦型日粮中添加植酸酶蛋鸡的采食量、产蛋率、平均蛋重、料蛋比无显著差异(P>0.05),合格蛋率显著提高(P<0.05)。小麦型日粮中添加植酸酶显著提高了鸡蛋的蛋壳强度和蛋黄色泽(P<0.05),而对蛋壳厚度、蛋白高度、蛋形指数以及哈氏单位无影响(P>0.05)。在蛋营养组成方面,小麦型日粮中添加植酸酶并不影响鸡蛋中的水分、蛋白质、脂肪、胆固醇的含量(P>0.05),显著提高了粗灰分和卵磷脂的含量(P<0.05)。综合以上数据,在小麦型日粮中添加植酸酶可以提高鸡蛋的产蛋性能,提高蛋品质,改善鸡蛋的营养价值。This study investigates the impact of incorporating phytase into wheat-based feed on the production performance,egg quality,and nutritional composition of Hailan Brown laying hens.A total of 200 Hailan Brown laying hens,approximately 30 weeks old and at the peak of their egg production period,were selected and randomly assigned to four groups,each consisting of five replicates with ten hens per replicate.The control group received only wheat-based feed,while experimental groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢwere supplemented with 500 FTU/kg,1000 FTU/kg,and 1500 FTU/kg of phytase,respectively.The study included a 7-day pre-trial period followed by a 35-day trial period.The study's findings demonstrated that the supplementation of phytase in wheatbased feed,compared to the control group,did not significantly influence feed intake,egg production rate,average egg weight,or feed-to-egg ratio(P>0.05).However,it notably improved the rate of qualified eggs(P<0.05).Furthermore,phytase supplementation significantly increased eggshell strength and yolk color(P<0.05),while exhibiting no significant impact on eggshell thickness,protein height,egg shape index,or Haugh unit(P>0.05).Additionally,the inclusion of phytase did not significantly alter the water,protein,fat,and cholesterol content in eggs(P>0.05),but it did significantly enhance the levels of crude ash and lecithin(P<0.05).These results suggest that the incorporation of phytase into wheat-based feed can enhance egg-laying performance,improve egg quality,and augment the nutritional value of eggs.
