摘 要:文章旨在探究日粮添加液态螺旋藻对意蜂幼虫生长性能与抗氧化能力的影响,从而确定液态螺旋藻的适宜添加量。试验移取600只1 d意蜂幼虫,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复30只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验A、B、C、D组分别在基础日粮中添加0.20%、0.25%、0.30%、0.35%液态螺旋藻。将1日龄意蜂幼虫放入培养箱饲喂,待6 d后将其移至培养板化蛹,计算化蛹率与羽化率。5组分别取6、7 d意蜂幼虫测定血淋巴与抗氧化指标。结果显示:(1)液态螺旋藻为0.20%时,化蛹率与羽化率显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。(2)7 d意蜂幼虫血淋巴中总蛋白(TP)、总胆固醇(TCHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)随日粮液态螺旋藻提升呈先降后升的趋势,其中液态螺旋藻为0.20%时处于最低,显著低于其他组(P<0.05);7 d意蜂幼虫血淋巴中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)随日粮液态螺旋藻提升呈先升后降趋势,其中液态螺旋藻为0.20%时处于峰值,显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。(3)6 d意蜂幼虫的总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)随日粮液态螺旋藻提升呈先升后降趋势,其中液态螺旋藻为0.20%时处于峰值,显著高于其他组(P<0.05);6 d意蜂幼虫的丙二醛(MDA)随日粮液态螺旋藻提升呈先降后升的趋势,其中液态螺旋藻为0.20%时处于最低,显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。研究表明,液态螺旋藻对意蜂幼虫生长发育与抗氧化能力有积极影响,其适宜添加量为0.20%。The aim of this experiment is to investigate the effects of adding liquid spirulina to feed on the growth performance and antioxidant capacity of honeybee larvae,in order to determine the appropriate amount of liquid spirulina to be added.Transfer 6001-day honeybee larvae and randomly divide them into 5 groups,with 4 replicates in each group and 30 larvae per replicate.The control group was fed with basic feed,while experimental groups A,B,C,and D were fed with experimental feed supplemented with 0.20%,0.25%,0.30%,and 0.35%liquid spirulina in the basic feed,respectively.Feed the 1-day Italian bee larvae in a culture box,and after 6 days,transfer them to a culture plate to pupate.Calculate the pupation rate and eclosion rate.Five groups of honeybee larvae were collected for 6 days and 7 days respectively to measure their hemolymph and antioxidant indicators.The results showed that:(1)When the liquid spirulina was 0.20%,the pupation rate and eclosion rate were significantly higher than those of the other groups(P<0.05).(2)TP,TG,TCHO,and LDL-C in the hemolymph of 7-day Italian bee larvae showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing with the increase of liquid spirulina in the feed.Among them,liquid spirulina was at its lowest at 0.20%,significantly lower than the other groups(P<0.05);The HDL-C in the hemolymph of 7-day honeybee larvae showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of liquid spirulina in the feed.The peak value of liquid spirulina was reached at 0.20%,which was significantly higher than the other groups(P<0.05).(3)The SOD,GSH Px,and CAT levels of 6d Italian bee larvae showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of liquid spirulina in the feed.Among them,liquid spirulina reached its peak at 0.20%,which was significantly higher than the other groups(P<0.05);The MDA levels of 6d Italian bee larvae showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing with the increase of liquid spirulina in the feed,with the lowest level observed at 0.20%
