摘 要:文章旨在探究丁香酚对荷斯坦牛生产性能、抗炎功能和肠道菌群的影响。试验将健康状况相近的泌乳期荷斯坦牛为随机分为4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,3个试验组分别饲喂基础日粮+200、400、600 mg/kg丁香酚,每组分为4个重复,每个重复5头牛,共80头荷斯坦牛。预饲期7 d,正试期30 d。结果表明,日粮添加200、400、600 mg/kg的丁香酚可以显著降低荷斯坦牛乳汁中体细胞的数量(P<0.05);但对奶牛干物质采食量、平均日产奶量、料奶比、乳蛋白率和乳脂率等指标无显著影响(P>0.05);显著降低荷斯坦牛血清中细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的含量(P<0.05);显著降低荷斯坦奶牛肠道中大肠杆菌的数量,并且添加量为600 mg/kg时可以显著降低金黄色葡萄球菌的数量(P<0.05)。综上所述,日粮添加丁香酚表现出了较好的抗菌和抗炎作用。To investigate the impact of eugenol on production performance,anti-inflammatory function,and gut microbiota of Holstein dairy cows.This study targeted Holstein dairy cows in lactation with similar health conditions and randomly assigned them into four groups.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the three experimental groups were fed a basal diet supplemented with 200,400,and 600 mg/kg of eugenol,respectively.Each group was divided into four replicates with five cows per replicate,totaling 80 Holstein dairy cows.The pre-experiment lasted for 7 days,followed by a formal experimental period of 30 days.The results indicated that dietary supplementation with 200,400 and 600 mg/kg of eugenol significantly reduced the somatic cell count in Holstein dairy cow milk(P<0.05);but had no significant effect on the cow's dry matter intake,average daily milk yield,feed-to-milk ratio,protein rate,and fat rate(P>0.05);significantly decreased the concentrations of interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in Holstein dairy cow serum(P<0.05);and significantly decreased the number of Escherichia coli in the gut of Holstein dairy cows.Furthermore,at a supplementation level of 600 mg/kg,eugenol significantly reduced the number of Staphylococcus aureus(P<0.05).In summary,dietary supplementation with eugenol exhibited notable antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.
