女贞子提取物对小尾寒羊生产性能及血液理化指标的影响研究

摘　　要：小尾寒羊是一种较为常见的肉羊品种,本研究通过饲喂含有不同浓度(0%、0.5%、1.0%和2.0%)女贞子提取物的饲料,探讨女贞子提取物对小尾寒羊生长发育的影响。结果表明,试验期间,羊舍内温湿度变化符合小尾寒羊的生长需求(最高日平均湿度为62.1%,最低日平均湿度为31.8%),且在饲料中添加女贞子45 d后,不同添加量的女贞子提取物下,小尾寒羊的体温和呼吸频率得到显著调节(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组2和试验组3小尾寒羊的试验末体重、平均日增重、平均日采食量及料重比均显著增加(P<0.05);小尾寒羊血液中总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白及生长激素的含量显著上升(P<0.05)。肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶、碱性磷酸酶、胆固醇、甘油三酯含量显著下降(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲料中添加女贞子提取物对小尾寒羊的生长有促进作用,能有效改善小尾寒羊的生理健康,促进其生长发育,提高生产性能,具有重要的应用价值。The Small Tail Han sheep is a relatively common breed of meat sheep.This study explores the effect of Chinese privet fruit extract on the growth and development of Small Tail Han sheep by feeding them diets containing different concentrations(0%,0.5%,1.0%,and 2.0%)of the extract.The results showed that during the experiment,the temperature and humidity in the sheep barn were consistent with the growth requirements of the Small Tail Han sheep(the highest daily average humidity was 62.1%,and the lowest was 31.8%).After 45 days of feeding diets with Chinese privet fruit extract,significant changes were observed in the sheep's body temperature and respiratory rate under the different concentrations of extract(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the final body weight,average daily weight gain,average daily feed intake,and feed-to-weight ratio of sheep in experiment groups 2 and 3 were significantly increased(P<0.05).The levels of total protein,albumin,globulin,and growth hormone in the blood of Small Tail Han sheep also showed significant increases(P<0.05).The levels of creatine kinase,lactate dehydrogenase,alkaline phosphatase,cholesterol,and triglycerides were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding Chinese privet fruit extract to the feed can promote the growth of Small Tail Han sheep,improve their physiological health,enhance growth and development,and improve production performance,demonstrating significant practical value.
