丝兰提取物对育肥猪生长性能、免疫功能及饲养经济效益的影响

摘　　要：文章旨在研究丝兰提取物对育肥猪生长性能、免疫功能及饲养经济效益的影响。试验选取体重相近[(72.54±2.26)kg]的三元杂交育肥猪84头,随机分为4组,CON组根据GB/T 39235~2020配制基础日粮,其余3组日粮分别为基础日粮+0.03%、0.06%、0.09%丝兰提取物,每组3个重复,每个重复7头。试验为期35 d。结果:与CON组相比,1)丝兰提取物添加水平为0.03%时,育肥猪平均日增重显著提高9.71%(P<0.05),料重比显著降低8.94%(P<0.05)。丝兰提取物添加水平为0.06%时,育肥猪平均日增重显著提高10.80%(P<0.05),料重比显著降低9.60%(P<0.05)。2)丝兰提取物添加水平为0.03%~0.09%时,血清IgG、IL-10含量均显著提高(P<0.05)。3)丝兰提取物添加水平为0.06%时,毛利润最高,达到237.67元/头。结论:丝兰提取物提高了育肥猪生长性能、免疫功能及饲养经济效益,在本试验条件下,育肥猪饲料中丝兰提取物的适宜添加水平为0.06%。To study the effects of yucca extract on growth performance,immune function and feeding economic benefits of fattening pigs,84 three~way crossbred fattening pigs with similar body weight(72.54±2.26 kg)were randomly divided into 4 groups.The CON group was fed the basal diet formulated according to GB/T 39235-2020,while the other three groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.03%,0.06%and 0.09%yucca extract,respectively.Each group had 3 replicates,with 7 pigs in each replicate.The experiment lasted for 35 days.Results:Compared with the CON group,1)when the yucca extract level was 0.03%,the average daily gain of fattening pigs increased significantly by 9.71%(P<0.05),and the feed~to~weight ratio decreased significantly by 8.94%(P<0.05).When the yucca extract level was 0.06%,the average daily gain of fattening pigs increased significantly by 10.80%(P<0.05),and the feed~to~weight ratio decreased significantly by 9.60%(P<0.05).2)When the yucca extract level was 0.03%~0.09%,the contents of serum IgG and IL-10 were significantly increased(P<0.05).3)When the yucca extract level was 0.06%,the gross profit was the highest,reaching 237.67 yuan per head.Conclusion:Yucca extract improved the growth performance,immune function and feeding economic benefits of fattening pigs.Under the conditions of this experiment,the appropriate addition level of yucca extract in the fattening pig diet was 0.06%.
