槲皮素对肉鸡生长性能、血清炎症因子及肠道消化酶的影响

摘  要:为了给槲皮素(Que)在肉鸡饲料中的应用提供借鉴,本研究以21日龄、平均体重一致的白羽肉鸡(公鸡)为研究对象,分为5个处理,每处理8个重复,每重复12羽鸡,共480羽。CK饲喂基础饲料,试验组Q50、Q100、Q200和Q400分别在基础饲料中添加50、100、200和400 mg/kg的Que,试验为期21 d。结果表明:在生长性能方面,Q200和Q400的末重和平均日增重(ADG)显著高于其他组(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)显著低于其他组(P<0.05),且两组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。Q100的末重和ADG显著高于CK(P<0.05),F/G显著低于CK(P<0.05)。在血清炎症因子方面,Q200和Q400的白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6β(IL-6β)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)和诱导型一氧化氮合成酶(iNOS)的含量显著低于其他组(P<0.05),且两组之间没有显著差异(P>0.05)。Q100的促炎因子含量显著高于CK(P<0.05)。在肠道消化酶方面,同CK相比,Q100、Q200和Q400的十二指肠、空肠和回肠的胰蛋白酶活性显著提高(P<0.05),十二指肠和空肠的脂肪酶活性显著提高(P<0.05),Q200和Q400的提高量处于同一水平(P>0.05)且显著高于Q100(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲料中添加适宜含量Que可提高肉鸡生长性能,降低血清炎症因子,提高肠道消化酶的活性。在本研究条件下,Que的适宜添加量为200 mg/kg。In order to provide references for the application of quercetin(Que)in broiler feed,this study used21 day old white feathered broiler chickens CK was fed with basic feed,and Que was added at doses of 50,100,200,and 400 mg/kg to the basic feed in Q50,Q100,Q200,and Q400,respectively.The experiment lasted for 21 days.The results showed that the final weight and ADG of Q200 and Q400 were significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05),while the F/G was significantly lower than other groups(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α,IFN-γ,and iNOS in Q200 and Q400 were significantly lower than other groups(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with CK,the trypsin activity in the duodenum,jejunum,and ileum of Q100,Q200,and Q400 was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the lipase activity in the duodenum and jejunum was significantly increased(P<0.05).The increase in Q200 and Q400 was at the same level(P>0.05)and significantly higher than Q100(P<0.05).In summary,adding appropriate Que to feed can improve the growth performance,reduce serum inflammatory factors,and increase the activity of intestinal digestive enzymes.Under the conditions of this study,the appropriate addition amount of Que is 200 mg/kg.
