摘 要:为了给复合植物精油(CPE)在滩羊饲料中的应用提供借鉴,本研究以初重19 kg同期断奶的公羔滩羊为研究对象,设置5个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复6头,共150头,对照组(CK)饲喂基础饲料,试验组T1、T2、T3和T4分别在基础饲料中添加250、500、750和1000 mg/kg的CPE(百里香酚、香芹酚和肉桂醛),预饲期7 d,正试期90 d。结果表明:T3的末重和平均日采食量(ADFI)显著高于其他组(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。与CK相比,T2的末重和ADFI显著提高(P<0.05),F/G显著降低(P<0.05)。T1和T4的末重、ADFI和F/G与CK处于同一水平(P>0.05)。T2和T3血清中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)和白细胞介素-4(IL-4)的含量显著升高(P<0.05),肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的含量显著降低(P<0.05),说明CPE改善了滩羊的免疫功能,其中T3的改善效果最好(P<0.05)。T3的增重、增重收入和毛利润显著高于其他组(P<0.05),T2的增重、增重收入和毛利润显著高于CK(P<0.05)。T1和T4的经济效益与CK处于同一水平(P>0.05)。综上所述,饲料中添加适宜水平的CPE可以显著提高滩羊生长性能、免疫性能和经济效益。在本研究条件下,CPE的适宜添加量为750 mg/kg。In order to provide reference for the application of complex plant essential oils(CPE)in Tan sheep feed,this study used male Tan sheep.Five treatments were set up.CK was fed with basic feed,and CPE(thymol,carvacrol,and cinnamaldehyde)at doses of 250,500,750,and 1000 mg/kg were added in T1,T2,T3,and T4,respectively.The results showed that the final weight and ADFI of T3 were significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05),and the F/G was significantly lower than other groups(P<0.05).Compared with CK,the final weight and ADFI of T2 were significantly increased(P<0.05),while F/G was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The final weight,ADFI,and F/G of T1 and were at the same level as CK(P>0.05).The levels of IgA,IgG,IgM,and IL-4 in the serum of T2 and T3 were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the levels of TNF-α,IFN-γ,and IL-6 were significantly decreased(P<0.05),indicating that the CPE improved the immune function of Tan sheep,with T3 showing the best improvement effect(P<0.05).The weight gain,weight gain income,and gross profit of T3 were significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05),while tthose of T2 were significantly higher than CK(P<0.05).In summary,adding suitable CPE can significantly improve the growth and immune performance of Tan sheep,and significantly increase economic benefits.Under the conditions of this study,the appropriate addition amount of CPE is 750 mg/kg.
