摘 要:文章旨在研究葛根多糖对仔猪生长性能、抗氧化能力和血清免疫指标的影响。试验将400头三元(杜、长、大)断奶仔猪(28日龄,均重8.04±0.67 kg)随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复10头。对照组基础日粮,试验组(PLP125、PLP250、PLP500)分别在基础日粮中添加125、250和500 mg/kg葛根多糖,试验为期28 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,PLP500组仔猪日增重显著提高3.18%(P<0.05),料肉比显著降低2.27%%(P<0.05)。PLP250和PLP500组血清SOD活性显著提高(P<0.05),PLP500组过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著提高,丙二醛(MDA)和脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量显著降低(P<0.05),PLP对谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)、谷胱甘肽S转移酶(GST)和谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性,蛋白质羰基化(PCO)含量均未产生显著影响(P>0.05)。PLP125~PLP500组血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著提高(P<0.05),PLP250和PLP500组D乳酸(D-LA)和二胺氧化酶(DAO)含量显著降低(P<0.05),干扰素γ(IFN-γ)含量显著提高(P<0.05),PLP500组肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量显著降低(P<0.05),PLP未对血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、内毒素(ET)、白细胞介素1β(IL-β)含量产生显著影响(P<0.05)。结论:补充500 mg/kg的葛根多糖对仔猪生长具有显著的促进作用,其机制可能与抗氧化和免疫力增强相关。Objective:To investigate the effects of Pueraria lobata polysaccharide(PLP)on the growth performance,antioxidant capacity,and serum immune indicators of piglets.400 three element(Du,Chang,Da)weaned piglets(28 days old,average weight 8.04±0.67 kg)were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 10 replicates in each group and 10 piglets per replicate.The control group received basic feed,while the experimental groups(PLP125,PLP250,PLP500)were fed experimental feed supplemented with 125,250,and 500 mg/kg PLP,respectively.The experiment lasted for 28 days.Compared with the control group.The daily weight gain of piglets in the PLP500 group significantly increased by 3.18%(P<0.05),and the feed to meat ratio significantly decreased by.The serum SOD activity was significantly increased in the PLP250 and PLP500 group(s P<0.05),while the CAT enzyme activity,T-AOC capacity,and GSH content were significantly increased in the PLP500 group.MDA and LPO content were significantly decreased(P<0.05).PLP did not have a significant effect on GPX,GST,and GR activity,as well as PCO content(P>0.05).The serum IgG levels in the PLP125~PLP500 groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the D-LA and DAO levels in the PLP250 and PLP500 groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the IFN-γlevels were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the TNF-αlevels in the PLP500 group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).PLP did not significantly affect the production of serum IgA,IgM,ET,and IL-1βlevels(P<0.05).(Conclusion)Supplementing 500 mg/kg of Pueraria polysaccharides has a significant promoting effect on piglet growth,and its mechanism may be related to its enhanced antioxidant and immune responses.
