摘 要:文章旨在探究黄连提取物(CE)对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和免疫功能的影响,试验以60周龄海兰褐蛋鸡为研究对象,设置5个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复20羽鸡,共600羽。对照组(CK)饲喂基础饲料,各试验组CE的添加量分别为100、200、300和400 mg/kg,进行为期56 d的养殖试验。测定了其生产性能、蛋品质和血清中相关免疫因子的水平。结果表明:添加300mg/kg CE的产蛋率显著高于其他组(P<0.05),料蛋比和不合格蛋率显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。添加CE对蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度、蛋白高度和蛋黄颜色无显著影响(P>0.05)。添加300 mg/kg CE的蛋壳强度和哈夫单位显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。100 mg/kg的CE对血清中相关免疫因子的水平无显著影响(P>0.05)。添加300mg/kg CE的免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)和白细胞介素-4(IL-4)的含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05),肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的含量显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。饲料中添加CE可以提高产蛋后期蛋鸡的生产性能,改善鸡蛋品质,增强蛋鸡免疫功能。在本试验条件下,CE的适宜添加量为300 mg/kg。In order to investigate the effects of Coptis Chinensis extract(CE)on performance,egg quality and immune of laying hens at the late stage of laying,A total of 600 hyline brown laying hens of 60 weeks were selected,and 5 treatments were set up.CK was fed a basal diet,and the supplemental levels of CE in each group were 100,200,300 and 400 mg/kg,respectively.The production performance,egg quality and serum levels were determined.The results showed that:the laying rate in 300 mg/kg CE was significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05),the feed to egg ratio and unqualified egg rate were significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05).CE had no significant effects on egg shape index,eggshell thickness,protein height and yolk color(P>0.05).The eggshell strength and Haugh unit of 300mg/kg CE were significantly higher(P<0.05).Serum levels of related immune factors in 100 mg/kg CE showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The contents of IgA,IgG,IgM and IL-4 in 300mg/kg CE group were significantly higher(P<0.05),and the content of TNF-α,IFN-γand IL-6 were significantly lower(P<0.05).Adding CE can promote the production performance,egg quality and immune function of laying hens.The optimal additive amount of CE was 300 mg/kg.
