摘 要:文章旨在研究不同类型复合微生态制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标和粪便菌群的影响。试验将160头体重一致的健康断奶仔猪随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复8头仔猪。试验组分别为对照组、添加0.5%多种芽孢杆菌复合微生态制剂(处理Ι组)、0.5%草本复合微生态制剂(处理Ⅱ组)和0.5%猪源性乳酸菌复合微生态制剂(处理Ⅲ组)。结果发现,与对照组相比,试验组断奶仔猪的末重、平均日增重以及料重比均有提升,其中处理Ⅱ组和处理Ⅲ组对提高断奶仔猪的生长性能效果最显著(P<0.05),断奶仔猪平均日增重比对照组分别提高21.75%和22.48%,料重比对照组分别降低21.98%和22.59%;其次,处理组血清生化指标与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),处理组的高密度脂蛋白、白蛋白含量显著高于对照组,丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。最后,试验组断奶仔猪的粪便菌群指标也有提升,其中处理Ⅱ组和处理Ⅲ组的粪便菌群与对照组差异最显著(P<0.05),40 d时大肠杆菌指标分别比对照组降低16.49%和16.94%,乳酸菌指标分别比对照组提高14.91%和15.24%。结果表明,在日粮中添加0.5%草本复合微生态制剂和0.5%猪源性乳酸菌复合微生态制剂时,对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标及粪便菌群指标的效率最佳。The main purpose of this experiment is to investigate the effects of adding different types of composite probiotics to the diet on the growth performance,serum biochemical indicators,and fecal microbiota of weaned piglets.The experiment selected weaned piglets with consistent health status and weight.160 piglets were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 5 replicates in each group and 8 piglets in each replicate.The experimental groups were the control group,treatment groupⅠwith 0.5%of various Bacillus subtilis complex probiotics,treatment groupⅡwith 0.5%of herbal complex probiotics,and treatment groupⅢwith 0.5%of pig derived lactic acid bacteria complex probiotics.The results showed that compared with the control group,the experimental group improved the final weight,average daily weight gain,and feed gain ratio of weaned piglets.Among them,treatment groupⅡand treatment groupⅢhad the most significant effect on improving the growth performance of weaned piglets(P<0.05).The average daily weight gain of weaned piglets increased by 21.75%and 22.48%respectively compared to the control group,and the feed gain ratio decreased by 21.98%and 22.59%respectively;Secondly,there was a significant difference in serum biochemical indicators between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The high-density lipoprotein and albumin content in the treatment group were significantly increased compared to the control group,while the activities of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase were significantly decreased compared to the control group.Finally,the experimental group also showed an improvement in the fecal microbiota indicators of weaned piglets.Among them,the fecal microbiota of treatment groupⅡand treatment groupⅢshowed the most significant difference compared to the control group(P<0.05).At 40 days,the Escherichia coli indicators decreased by 16.49%and 16.94%,respectively,and the lactic acid bacteria indicators increased by14.91%and 15.24%,respectively,compared to the control group.The r
