摘 要:文章旨在分析日粮中不同水平蚕豆对育肥猪生长性能、血清生化指标及屠宰性能的影响。试验将96头体重相近[(86.56±2.47)kg]的育肥猪随机分为4组,对照组根据GB/T 5915-2020配制常规饲料,其余3组配置含5%、10%、15%蚕豆的等氮饲料,每组3个重复,每个重复8头。预饲期7d,正试期35d。结果:与对照组相比,(1)蚕豆添加水平为5%时,生长性能各项指标无显著差异(P>0.05);蚕豆添加水平为15%时,平均日增重显著下降10.74%(P<0.05),料重比显著提高12.53%(P<0.05)。(2)蚕豆添加水平为10%~15%时,血清总蛋白、胆固醇含量显著下降(P<0.05)。(3)蚕豆添加水平为10%~15%时,胴体重、屠宰率、眼肌面积显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:育肥猪日粮中添加5%水平蚕豆,对各项指标均无显著影响(P>0.05)。而添加10%~15%水平蚕豆,降低了育肥猪的生长性能、血清总蛋白、胆固醇含量及屠宰性能。因此,育肥猪日粮中蚕豆的适宜添加水平为5%。This experiment analyzed the effects of different levels of broad beans in diets on growth performance,serum biochemical indicators and slaughter performance of fattening pigs.A total of 96 fattening pigs with similar body weigh(t 86.56±2.47 kg)were randomly divided into 4 groups.The control group was fed a conventional diet formulated according to GB/T 5915-2020,while the other three groups were fed isonitrogenous diets containing 5%,10%and 15%broad beans,respectively.Each group had 3 replicates with 8 pigs in each replicate.The pre-trial period was 7 days and the trial period was 35 days.Results:Compared with the control group,(1)when the broad bean addition level was 5%,there were no significant differences in growth performance indicators(P>0.05);when the broad bean addition level was 15%,the average daily gain decreased significantly by 10.74%(P<0.05),and the feed-to-gain ratio increased significantly by 12.53%(P<0.05).(2)when the broad bean addition level was 10%~15%,the contents of serum total protein and cholesterol decreased significantly(P<0.05).(3)when the broad bean addition level was 10%~15%,the carcass weight,slaughter rate and eye muscle area decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adding 5%broad beans to the diet of fattening pigs had no significant effect on any indicators.However,adding 10%~15%broad beans reduced the growth performance,serum total protein and cholesterol content,and slaughter performance of fattening pigs.Therefore,the appropriate addition level of broad beans in the diet of fattening pigs is 5%.
