摘　　要：肉鸡的生长、健康和福利状况等受到许多因素的影响,开展健康养殖、生产无公害的家禽产品已成为我国目前面临的主要问题。本文综述了外界条件、饲料添加剂和基因层面对肉鸡生长性能和生产效益的影响,以期为肉鸡生产提供科学的参考。The growth,health and welfare status of broilers are affected by many factors,developing healthy farming and produce pollution-free poultry products has become a major issue.In this paper,the effects of external conditions,feed additives and genetic level on the growth performance and production efficiency of broiler chickens were summarized,with a view to providing scientific references for the application of broiler chickens in production.
