摘　　要：甜菜碱作为一种稳定无毒的天然物质,含有三个活性甲基,在体内主要作为甲基供体和渗透压调节剂来发挥其生物学作用,可调控家禽生长、脂质代谢、肠道健康和抗应激等,已被作为一种饲料添加剂在畜禽养殖中应用。本文就甜菜碱在家禽中的应用及其作用机制进行综述,以期为甜菜碱作为饲料添加剂在家禽饲粮中的应用提供一定的参考。As a stable and non-toxic natural substance containing three active methyl groups,betaine mainly acts as a methyl donor and osmolality regulator to fulfill its biological roles,and also has the functions of regulating poultry growth,lipid metabolism,intestinal health and anti-stress,etc.,which has been used as a feed additive in livestock and poultry breeding.In this paper,the application of betaine in poultry and its mechanism of action were reviewed,aimed to provide certain recommendations for the application of betaine as a feed additive in poultry diets.
