全株玉米青贮饲料有效能值和营养物质表观消化率相关参数研究

摘  要:本试验以湿化学法、半体外法、体外法和体内法相结合的方式对4个全株玉米青贮(WPCS)饲料营养价值进行系统评价,分析营养成分含量、营养物质瘤胃降解率、瘤胃发酵参数以及产气量与有效能值和营养物质表观消化率的相关关系,为构建全株玉米青贮有效能值和营养物质表观消化率预测模型积累基础数据。采用湿化学法检测4个饲料原料的常规营养组成,使用尼龙袋法测定营养物质48 h瘤胃降解率(RDR),基于体外发酵试验测定样品体外发酵指标,利用体内法测定饲料原料有效能值和营养物质表观消化率,通过相关性分析研究各项指标与饲料原料有效能值和营养物质表观消化率的相关关系。结果表明:(1)4个WPCS的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量为36.23%~41.63%,粗蛋白质(CP)含量为7.82%~8.13%,淀粉(Starch)含量为27.30%~32.58%。(2)4个WPCS的干物质(DM)瘤胃降解率(DMRDR)为52.83%~60.16%;NDF瘤胃降解率为36.49%~50.38%;ADF瘤胃降解率为29.47%~42.61%。(3)4个WPCS的乙酸为45.44~50.18 mmol/L;丙酸为16.54~18.68 mmol/L;丁酸为12.37~13.97 mmol/L。4个WPCS的12 h累积产气量(GP12 h)为93.33~98.00 mL;24 h产气量(GP 24 h)为119.17~129.00 mL。(4)4个WPCS消化能(DE)为13.28~16.65 MJ/kg,代谢能(ME)为11.68~15.73 MJ/kg;中性洗涤纤维表观消化率(NDFD)为48.40%~61.13%;酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率(ADFD)为24.05%~41.45%。(5)分析有效能值和营养物质表观消化率与各项指标的相关性,结果显示CP、CP降解率、粗蛋白质表观消化率(CPD)和NDFD 4个指标与有效能值相关最高,36 h产气量和CP瘤胃降解率2个指标与营养物质表观消化率相关最高,可以作为主要参考指标用来构建预测模型。本研究得出有效能值和营养物质表观消化率与相关营养参数的相关性,可为全株玉米青贮饲料相关预测模型的构建提供参考。In this study,the nutritional value of 4 whole-plant corn silages(WPCS)was systematically evaluated by wet chemical method,semi-in vitro method,in vitro method and in vivo method.The correlation between nutrient content,nutrient degradation rate,rumen fermentation parameters,gas production and available energy,and nutrient apparent digestibility was analyzed.Our findings would provide foundational data for developing a predictive model of effective energy value and apparent nutrient digestibility in WPCS.The conventional nutrient composition of 4 feed ingredients was detected by wet chemical method,the rumen degradation rate of nutrients at 48 h was determined by nylon bag method,the in vitro fermentation index of samples was determined based on in vitro fermentation test,and the effective energy value and apparent digestibility of WPCS were determined by in vivo method.The correlation analysis was used to study the correlation between each index and the effective energy value of feed materials,and the apparent digestibility of nutrients.The results showed that:(1)The neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and crude protein(CP)contents of 4 WPCS were 36.23%~41.63%,7.82%~8.13%,respectively.Starch content was 27.30%~32.58%.(2)The ruminal degradation rates of dry matter(DM)in 4 WPCS was 52.83%~60.16%,the neutral detergent fiber ruminal degradation rate(NDFRDR)was 36.49%~50.38%,and the acid detergent fiber ruminal degradation rate(ADFRDR)was 29.47%~42.61%.(3)The acetic acid of 4 WPCS was 45.44~50.18 mmol/L,propionic acid was 16.54~18.68 mmol/L,and butyric acid was 12.37~13.97 mmol/L.The 12-hour cumulative gas production(GP12 h)of 4 WPCS was 93.33~98.00 mL.The 24-hour gas production(GP 24 h)was119.17~129.00 mL.(4)The digestible energy(DE)of 4 WPCS was 13.28~16.65 MJ/kg,and metabolizable energy(ME)was 11.68~15.73 MJ/kg.The acid detergent fiber apparent digestibility(ADFD)was 48.40%~61.13%,and the neutral detergent fiber apparent digestibility(NDFD)was 24.05%~41.45%.(5)The correlation between available energy,apparent digestibilit
