摘  要:为了探究布兰斯菲尔德海峡和南乔治亚岛海区拉森氏拟南极鱼(Nototheniops larseni)的种群差异,通过形态学测量并利用离散小波系数重建耳石轮廓,对两海域稚鱼耳石形态参数、形态学指标和最重要小波系数进行形态学分析,并利用基于距离的冗余分析(dbRDA)和多元判别分析(MDA)对两海域拉森氏拟南极鱼耳石形态参数、形态学指标以及反映耳石形态特征的5个最重要小波系数进行分析。相似性分析结果表明,基于小波系数的分析显示两海域拉森氏拟南极鱼耳石形态存在显著性差异,但基于形态参数和形态学指标的分析并未显示两个海域间存在显著性差异。根据体长与形态参数拟合的方程可知,两海域拉森氏拟南极鱼体长与耳石形态参数之间均符合幂函数关系。耳石大小随体长增长而增大,体长与耳石大小呈显著正相关。多元判别分析结果显示,形态参数和形态学指标判别效果较好,判别成功率高达97.87%,而小波系数判别成功率为87.23%。3种手段均能够较好地将两海区拉森氏拟南极鱼样本分开。研究表明,布兰斯菲尔德海峡和南乔治亚岛拉森氏拟南极鱼存在两个独立的种群。如综合dbRDA和MDA,推荐可采用基于两种耳石外形指标开展种群划分研究。In order to investigate the population structure of Nototheniops larseni of the Bransfield Strait and South Georgia Island,based on otolith shape measurement and otolith contour reconstruction with discrete wavelet coefficient,this study analyzed otolith shape parameters,otolith shape indicators,and the most important five wavelet coefficients that reflects otolith shape features of N.larseni between two regions.The distance-based redundancy analysis(dbRDA)was applied to facilitate the examination of spatial patterns and identify potential regional differences in otolith morphology.This analysis aims to assess whether otolith shape can serve as a reliable tool for population differentiation in these geographically separated populations.The results showed that analyses based on wavelet coefficients revealed significant differences in otolith shape between N.larseni populations from two regions,but analyses based on shape parameters and shape indicators did not show significant differences between two regions.Based on the equations fitted to the standard length and shape parameters,it could be seen that the relationship between standard length and otolith shape parameters of N.larseni conformed to a power function for both regions.Otolith size increased with the elevated standard length of N.larseni.In addition to otolith shape analysis,multiple discriminant analysis(MDA)was used to evaluate the classification accuracy of these three analytical approaches.The results of MDA showed that shape parameter-and shape indicator-based analyses exhibited high classification success rate of 97.87%,while wavelet coefficient-based analysis yielded a slightly lower success rate of 87.23%.Despite the slightly lower classification accuracy of wavelet-based analysis,all three approaches were effective at distinguishing otolith samples from two regions,providing strong evidence of separate populations of N.larseni between the Bransfield Strait and South Georgia Island.This indicates that otolith shape analysis is a reliable method
