摘 要:为了解西北印度洋鸢乌贼(Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis)补充量和种群变动规律,对雌性鸢乌贼繁殖生物学特性进行了研究。样品采集时间为2021年11—12月、2022年3—5月,采集海域为14°33′~18°55′N、61°21′~63°57′E,测定样本的胴长、体质量、性腺成熟度,III期以上的样本对其性腺质量、缠卵腺质量、输卵管质量进行测定,性腺与输卵管中卵子进行计数并选取30~50粒测量卵径。结果显示,西北印度洋雌性鸢乌贼胴长分布范围为128~512 mm,体质量分布范围为77.1~4311.5 g;性腺指数为0.03%~5.76%,缠卵腺指数为5.00%~55.27%;个体繁殖力范围为2019~1002927粒,批次排卵量为90691~526809粒;胴长相对繁殖力范围为7.8~2550.6粒·mm^(-1),体质量相对繁殖力范围为3.2~453.7粒·g^(-1);卵巢卵母细胞长径0.095~1.714 mm,短径0.038~1.135 mm;输卵管卵子长径0.483~1.461 mm,短径0.280~0.900 mm。结果表明,缠卵腺指数与性腺指数均随性腺发育而增大,繁殖力随着胴长与体质量增大而增大。卵巢卵母细胞卵径随性腺发育成熟而增大,卵径与性腺重量呈显著相关性。研究结果可为西北印度洋鸢乌贼资源评估和可持续开发提供科学依据.In order to understand the recruitment and population dynamics of Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis in the Northwest Indian Ocean,the reproductive biological characteristics of female S.oualaniensis were studied.The sample collection time was from November to December 2021 and from March to May 2022.The samples collected in the sea area of 14°33′-18°55′N,61°21′-63°57′E were tested.The mantle length,body weight and sexual maturity of the samples were measured.The samples of stage III and above were counted for gonadal mass,egg-wrapped gland mass,fallopian tube mass,eggs in gonads and fallopian tubes,and some of them were selected to measure the egg diameter.The study found that the mantle length range of female S.oualaniensisin the Northwest Indian Ocean was 128-512 mm,and the body weight range was 77.1-4311.5 g.The gonadal index was 0.03%-5.76%,and the nidamental gland index was 5.00%-55.27%.The potential fecundity ranged from 2019 to 1002927 cell,and the batch fecundity was 90691-526809 cell.The relative fecundity of mantle length ranged from 7.8 to 2550.6 cell·mm^(-1),and the relative fecundity of body weight ranged from 3.2 to 453.7 cell·g^(-1).The long diameter of ovarian oocytes was 0.095-1.714 mm;the short diameter was 0.038-1.135 mm;the long diameter of oviduct eggs was 0.483-1.461 mm,and the short diameter was 0.280-0.900 mm.Results showed that both nidamental gland index and gonadal index increased with the development of the gonad,and the fecundity increased with the increase of mantle length and body weight.The egg diameter of ovarian oocytes increased with the maturation of gonads,and the egg diameter was significantly correlated with the weight of gonads.The finding can provide scientific support for the resource evaluation and sustainable development of S.oualaniensis in the Northwest Indian Ocean.
