摘 要:为了解西北印度洋海域浮游植物的分布及其与海洋生态环境的关系,于2023年12月至2024年3月对西北印度洋(00°30′~06°30′N、59°30′~67°30′E)进行了环境综合科学调查,分析了西北印度洋海域叶绿素a浓度、分布特征及其与海水温度(T)、盐度(S)、溶解无机氮(dissolved inorganie nitrogen,DIN)和溶解无机磷(diceolved inornic phosphorus,DIP)等主要环境影响因子的关系,重点分析了次表层叶绿素最大值层的主要影响因素。结果表明:西北印度洋海域叶绿素a浓度范围为0.01~0.94 mg·m^(-3),平均浓度为0.072 mg·m^(-3),叶绿素a分布具有明显的区域特征,调查区域西南部和东北部浓度高,中部区域浓度低。不同水层叶绿素a浓度之间具有明显的差异,叶绿素a的浓度从表层开始随着深度的增加逐渐增大,大约在75~100 m深度达到峰值,最大值达到0.94 mg·m^(-3)。随后随着水深的增加,叶绿素a浓度急剧降低,在150~200 m水深区域内叶绿素a平均浓度降到0.04 mg·m^(-3),在200~300 m水层为0.03 mg·m^(-3)。西北印度洋海域叶绿素a浓度与T、S呈极显著正相关关系,与硝态氮、DIP、DIN呈极显著负相关关系。研究结果可为西北印度洋生态环境动力学研究、生物资源评价及通过海洋水色遥感比对判读叶绿素a浓度提供基础资料。In order to understand the distribution of phytoplankton in the Northwest Indian Ocean and its relationship with marine ecological environment,a comprehensive scientific environmental survey of the area(00°30′-6°30′N,59°30′-67°30′E)was carried out from December 2023 to March 2024 to analyze the chlorophyll a concentration and distribution characteristics and their relationship with major environmental impact factors such as seawater temperature(T),salinity(S),dissolved inorganic nitrogen(DIN)and dissolved inornic phosphorus(DIP),focusing on the main factors affecting the subsurface chlorophyll maximum layer(SCML).The results of the study showed that the chlorophyll a concentration in the Northwest Indian Ocean ranged from 0.01 to 0.94 mg·m^(-3),with an average concentration of 0.072 mg·m^(-3).The distribution of chlorophyll a had obvious regional characteristics,with high concentrations in the southwestern and northeastern parts of the investigated area,and low concentrations in the central part of the area.There were obvious differences between chlorophyll a concentrations in different water layers,and the concentration of chlorophyll a increased gradually with the increase of depth from the surface layer,and the concentration of chlorophyll a peaked at a depth of about 75-100 m,with a maximum value of 0.94 mg·m^(-3).Subsequently,with the increase of the water depth,the concentration of chlorophyll a decreased drastically,the average chlorophyll a concentration was 0.04 mg·m^(-3)in 150-200 m water depth,and the average chlorophyll a concentration in 200-300 m water depth was 0.03 mg·m^(-3).The chlorophyll a concentration in the Northwest Indian Ocean showed a highly significant positive correlation with seawater temperature(T)and salinity(S),and a highly significant negative correlation with NO_(3)~-,DIP and DIN.The results of the study can provide basic information for the study of ecological environment dynamics,evaluation of biological resources and interpretation of chlorophyll a concentrati
