摘 要:《燕食记》以三对厨人师徒为主要人物,重点刻画了百年间粤菜、本帮菜在岭南大地的薪火相传。《燕食记》创造的师徒书写刻画了父权制宰制的师承关系,揭示了父权制对女性的排斥、征服和对男性自身的支配与压抑。《燕食记》的师徒书写与真实粤菜发展历史构成互文。师徒关系、师徒形象的演变客观反映了父权制从传统社会向现代社会行进中所遭受的弱化与自我瓦解的可能。With three pairs of chefs and apprentices as the main characters,Yan Shi Ji focuses on the inheritance of Cantonese cuisine and local cuisine in Lingnan land over the past hundred years.The master-apprentice writing created in Yan Shi Ji depicts the master-apprentice relationship of the patriarchy,revealing the patriarchy's exclusion and conquest of women as well as its domination and repression of men themselves.The master-apprentice writing in Yan Shi Ji and the real development history of Cantonese cuisine constitute an intertext.The evolution of master-apprentice relationship and the master-apprentice image objectively reflect the possibility of patriarchy’s weakening and self-disintegrating as it moves from traditional society to modern society.
